Starting a business is easy. But keeping it going is one of the hardest things ever. This evening we had yet another Espresso Workshop in our Coffee Shop. I was training people on how to make espresso at home and how to make cappuccino at home. Unlike a barista workshop we focus more on how to get your espresso mixture right vs. knowing all the commercial barista techniques. Today we worked with the La Marzocco GS3, the La Marzocco Linea PB and the La Cimbali M39.
