I did this work around the 2001-2002 timeframe as far as I can remember for Brian Walker of the infamous "Rocket Guy" fame. His dream was to build his own rocket to fly into outer space and land again safely was pretty ambitious but has since gone by the wayside (also, the newer X-projects have kind of overshadowed his work). Still, Brian is a pretty ingenious man and I have nothing but respect for his ambitions and wish him the best.
