[TAS] BC 42"51 with Bowser using AB Shroom Spin

Yesterday I discovered something very unusual about our friend Bowser. He is able to maintain top speed (60 - 70 kph) during an AB shroom spin state. Every other character's speed drops to about 40 kph in a few seconds. I decided to see how well this state would work on a course with a lot of sharp turns. Not so bad, as it turns out. The world record here is 35"93, so this is much slower but some sections can actually be faster, like the spiral part. If there were a way to quickly get into and out of this state, it could be used for parts like the spiral...
