This is the lift I was supposed to do on my blackout day https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=6w3UMt5MMZQ

Unexpectedly, a biomechanic error stopped me clean & press this weight during this autumn: my AC joints, that have proven unusually strong and flexible throughout my life, now also proved stiff in a certain movement... Right before this lift, I push pressed 80 kg with the same hard powerbar, and was surprised when in the top position, when the shoulders were pressed down, both AC joints broke loose with a crack. This particular movement: straight arms right up, pressed down, is probably something I've never tried until I started max weight OHP in 2014. I was able to handstand walk for 20 meters when I was a kid, but that's with arms slightly bent.

After the blackout event, I took over half a year off overhead press. But I still get dizzy sometimes doing it, however not blacking out. After this workout, I also slept very deep. But as shown, I wasn't dizzy this day. Being able to pause the bar overhead has to do with my AC joints again: shoulders suddenly became more stable in this position.

Powerclean and overhead presses are two of the lifts that have taken the most workouts for me to learn. I started with powerclean in 2014 and quickly got 80 kilo but since haven't improved much. Overhead press (I mostly do Standing press since bench press racks are too low) was not too hard for me as long as standards weren't too high: 40 kg for one rep during the 80's (I did 5 at most) and 10*40 in 2006-2010 (I did 15 at most). But now that Crossfit has significantly increased expectations for overhead lifts, I've had to work hard to overcome teenage injuries to shoulders. Powerclean is unexpectedly hard considering I did clean the weight for military press already during the 80's, and I can't figure out why it's hard, but this is how it's been going with my lifts quite often, after trying now and then, it suddenly works. Just that powerclean and some other lifts have taken extremely long. The most common is that it takes 3 years for me to learn a lift, but some worked on first try.
