Fort Myers, Fla -- Lee County chapter of the American Red Cross opens a shelter for residents seeking refuge from Tropical Storm Fay. This video was shot soon after the shelter opened, and the first guests were just arriving. Video shows bi-lingual signage, and casework involving Spanish language shelter guests and red Cross trained staff from a local group that is part of the Lee County Chapters Hispanic Outreach program. The program provides translators (seen at the end of this B-roll) who are ready to assist shelter residents with questions and provide information.
