In 2011, Bobby Cannavale shared the stage with Chris Rock in Stephen Adly Guirgis's The Motherf*cker With the Hat. It was during that run that Cannavale experienced one of the weirdest onstage interruptions ever. Mid-performance, a heckler shouted something from the audience, and a rattled Chris Rock just had to find out what it was. Things eventually got back on track, but Cannavale never forgot the experience.
