his video is an invitation and tutorial for viewers to take private music lessons with you (Mike) and your wife (Joleen) via video call.

In the video, titled Music Lessons on Microsoft Teams by Mike & Joleen Gross + Tutorial, you cover several key points:

Instruction Offered: You offer lessons for guitar and bass, while Jolene teaches vocals.
Experience: You mention your extensive teaching background dating back to the early 90s, highlighting your "kickback" and student-focused teaching style.
How it Works: You explain the logistics of online lessons, including the need for a webcam and high-speed internet. You also provide details on pricing for half-hour and hour-long sessions, as well as monthly discounts.
Lesson Tips: You offer practical advice for students, such as keeping a notebook handy for notes and the option to record the sessions for later review.
Personalization: You encourage potential students to share their musical background and goals so you can tailor the lessons specifically to their needs rather than following a rigid, preset curriculum.
Essentially, it's a "get to know you" video that bridges the gap between your YouTube tutorials and the one-on-one professional coaching you provide.
