With water damage to the ceiling and wall with plumbing called for a complete makeover the the laundry room. This makeover included the addition of plumbing in a utility sink, moving the washer plumbing for stackable washer/dryer, and a tankless water heater as well as adding gas line to service the water heater and dryer. I did it myself saving hundreds of dollars on repair bills.
