Ice accumulations begin to pile up on trees, fences, powerlines, livestock and everything else. Driving conditions from the combination of sleet, ice and ponded roads continue to lead to accidents. Some small branches and even small trees have begun to snap under the weight of the ice with more freezing rain still to come.
