All is set for the Chinese community in Uganda to celebrate the New Year. Officiating at their pre-celebrations at the Chinese embassy in Kampala, the minister of tourism, wildlife and Antiquities Ephraim Kamuntu challenged the Chinese ambassador to help attract more Chinese tourists into the country.
