I know the title might seem odd, but when you take everything into account, you will understand.  It's 2:40 in the morning, and we are at Tarrytown Station, as we see Work Extra 103 come south with a single loaded concrete tie car.  Here is the thing to take into consideration: I had just stepped off of the last northbound local, and I was inebriated off my ass.  So yeah, drunk as I was, I was still able to take a video.
