On December 20, 2012, at 6:00am, an unknown male gained access the to Tavares Grocery Store located at 364 East Chelten Avenue by forcing open the basement door. Once inside the suspect took an undetermined amount of money and numerous packs of cigarettes valued at $800. The suspect then fled in an unknown direction. Suspect Description: Black male, 20-30 years-of-age, scruffy beard, medium complexion, stocky build, wearing a dark knit hat, dark hooded jacket, blue jeans and black/white sneakers.
