This is the method for loading and cycling Mosin-Nagant rifles. In this case it's a Polish M44 firing Polish light ball from Tikka strippers. To minimize the chance of rimlock, I array the rounds in a wing shape with rims overlapping the right direction, then "fly" the wing shape into the feeder. To assist sticky rounds I lift the top round as a rammer, which also ensures its rim cannot lock behind the second round's rim. To fire I use my palm in and back in a fluid motion. I do not use my fingers but rely on large muscle groups. This helps to remove sticky rounds faster and also allows me to keep the rifle on my shoulder as I work the bolt. This maximizes speed of cycling and ensures good brass throw. Don't worry you will not hurt the Mosin. They're tanks.
