I finally got out to fish at Crowsheath Fishery in East Hanningfield, Essex.
 
My first time here was probably twenty years ago in my Carp angling days.

I remember it well as it was the night of the very first V Festival and we could hear the bands playing from the lake. 

At the time there was one lake, just dug out, stocked with carp. It’s fair to say it's changed a bit since then.
