The November 13, 2009, US/CAD Trade Balance met our safe buy trigger, however the data was flawed. The data received was much larger than should have been, and later the data was modified to become a sell. Although traders had data conflicts, traders were warned ahead of the release to stay out of this trade as it has posed problems in the past.
