"I wish to have new band equipment for my middle school." ― Lindsey, 14, osteosarcoma Lindsey's generosity makes it possible for the band to overcome budget cuts and play on. Her wish gives kids in her community the chance to discover the inspiration and importance of the band experience for years to come. Reporter Anne McCloy from NBC 5 in Portland, Ore., shares the details of a special day at North Middle School.
