I've implemented some new features that I'm really excited about, as I had been waiting a long time to make them. You can now create multiple layers of tiles. The layers other than the background can be told to render in the foreground, covering Mega Man, as you see with the quicksand. They can also be programmed with basic movement, allowing us to replicate the upside down water from Centaur Man's stage.

I also added the ability to control palette swapping from pretty much any XML. In this example, I coded a simple XML lightswitch that toggles the palette index of the background tiles in a nifty animation.

This version of the engine isn't up for download, mostly because the editor is 100% broken; it doesn't even compile. If a lot of people really want it anyway, I can put this version online.
