Any time you are thinking about hormone therapy, it's very important to only take them under the direction of your doctor. Never take any herbal supplements or over-the-counter medications that haven't been cleared by your doctor, especially when it comes to hormone supplementation. Your doctor can talk to you about your specific needs, perform lab tests if necessary before prescribing medication and make sure you're on the proper dosage. If you have any other questions for me in the future, feel free to ask them on our Facebook page at facebook.com/intermountainmoms and recommend us to your friends and family, too.
