United Nations, New York, 13 November 2009 - The Secretary-General's latest report to the Security Council on the work of the UN Assistance Mission in Iraq, (UNAMI), is out as a document today. 

In it, the Secretary-General notes that, following a request from Iraq's Government, he had sent Assistant Secretary-General Oscar Fernandez-Taranco to Iraq for consultations related to Iraq's sovereignty and security.
