On Monday Night, History Channel's "Roots" premiered with 5.3 million viewers. 5.3M views is a big deal, but not everyone likes Roots being on TV again. Snoop Dogg is one of those people.  Snoop Dogg thinks black people need to stop seeing themselves as slaves. Earth to Snoop: We are more than slaves Snoop, but it's slavery is a fact of our History and just because something makes you uncomfortable doesn't mean it should be forgotten.  Check put this video. It's my response to Snoop. It's important.  Not as important as "Roots", but I hope I made my point.
