--My paint recipe is very approximate. It works well for me, but I have done it so many times that I know by feel how I want the paint. There are many more exact recipes on-line if you are looking for more detail on amounts. Then come back to here and watch for my style techniques and witty banter :)
--I use Dutch Boy interior satin ultra white paint mixed approximately 50% paint, 25% floetrol, and 25% water. 
--I use floetrol and water in all of my other colors, but I don't measure amounts. I go by sight and feel- I like my paint to be on the thinner side. 
--I often add in a few squirts of Liquitex pouring medium (not sure squirt is an exact scientific measure...)
--The silicone I use is WD40 silicone (in the black can). Sometimes I mix it in with the colors (never in my white negative space) and other times I spray it in the flip cup.
