Ball jams are bad. Thus i have done tests and found the best solution to keep ball jam chance low. The video shows the jam with normal tray and one with extra wood inside. You must make hole ~2 balls wide = 22 mm height, so the jam should go away. Extra piece wood with cut out part helps more with preventing jams.
