I have to watch this after uploading so I can update the times when the South winds meet the North. You can see it spin up on the right side, but then it's just blown to pieces by the crazy North winds. The camera is pointing EAST. The winds interact at 5 seconds into the video. This was recorded at 10 FPS originally, then speed up 20x and rendered at 30 fps. Basically, it's 20x faster than reality.
