First of all download the zip file of 10AppsManager from here and unzip it. Now go to the unzipped folder and Run the 10AppsManager. You will see an interface like this. Here you will also see the Mail and Calendar App. Simply click on it and a pop up will appear asking if you want to uninstall this App. Click on OK to confirm.
