Hyrule Warriors, a crossover between Tecmo Koei's Dynasty Warriors series and The Legend of Zelda, has at least two playable characters. Link fights with a one-handed sword and Impa from The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword uses a heavy sword. Players will fight on Hyrule Plains and in Lanayru Valley to rescue Zelda from Shia the Black Witch.

Hyrule Warriors (tentative title), known in Japan as Zelda Musō (ゼルダ無双 Zeruda Musō?, lit. "Zelda Unrivaled"), is an upcoming hack and slash action video game developed by Omega Force for the Wii U video game console. The game is a collaboration between Tecmo Koei and Nintendo, and will contain elements of Nintendo's The Legend of Zelda series and Tecmo Koei's Dynasty Warriors series. The game will be released in Japan on August 14, 2014, with a release in Western territories to follow later in the year.
