Quelossim panchayat has adopted resolution to go on for hunger strike along with villagers, if government does not provide funds within 15 days. Locals have also opposed ‘Mini India’ project in Quelossim. Gramsabha meeting called by panchayat was attended by few villagers. Sarpanch Maria Souza has asked Panchayat Minister Mauvin Godinho to intervene and convince villagers for the project.
