Lehigh Tunnel- PA Turnpike NE Extension Slatington, PA. Enjoy a night ride through the 5th tunnel of the active PA Turnpike. This one was expanded in 1991 when the southbound tunnel opened. Original was opened in 1957. In this video, you see a rare sight as southbound traffic drives through the northbound tunnel with us because of maintenance on that tunnel.
