There's one more outer spaceship of the Five Dastardly Bombers' spaceship. It's a dark factory domain that is owned by the Dastards' most intelligent member: Brain Bomber. Also known as the Phantom Bomber.

Every level in this "World" is floating above bottomless pits. So you can't use a Bomb Glove to throw bombs through the edges of the screen. They'll just fall off. Also, all of the switches have to be turned on with your bombs before the exit door can be reached.

4-1
- Enemies: 1 Blocker, 1 Munchie Jump, 1 Robo Dash
- Power-Ups: Bomb Up, Roller Skates, Bomb Glove

4-2
- Enemies: 2 Blockers, 1 Robo Dash
- Power-Ups: Bomb Up, 2 Fire, Apple (Bonus Points)

4-3
- Enemies: 2 Red Bakudas, 1 Robo Dash

Every enemy in this "World" is hiding inside of a Soft Block. The Blockers I listed above are red, but there are also blue Blockers that are completely invincible. If you stand in their line of movement, they can potentially push you off of the level for an instant kill
