Where to go to report users: http://www.youtube.com/safety_help It is vital that you read the terms of service, and what are valid reasons to flag a video. I would hate for someone to get their account suspended for unlawfully flagging someone's video. hate speech: speech which attacks or demeans a group based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, and sexual orientation/gender identity. *Please Note* I don't advocate people abusing the right to report and/or flag videos. People who threaten other users with getting them suspended should be reported to YouTube and let them decide the course of action to take. Please call the number below if you've been votebotted or suspended from youtube for false flagging or unknown reasons. There is already a case, so when you call let them know you're wanting to file a complaint with the case number.
