सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आज ऐतिहासिक फैसले में आधार की संवैधानिकता बरकरार रखी है मगर शर्तों के साथ. क्या ये नया, कुछ नर्म रुख लिया हुआ आधार लोगों के लिए बेहतर होगा. ये फैसले इसलिए भी गौरतलब है कि सरकार से लेकर विपक्ष ने इस फैसले का स्वागत किया है. लेकिन जिस तरह सरकार ने कांग्रेस ने आधार पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फ़ैसले का स्वागत किया है, लेकिन मनी बिल के तौर पर इसे मान्यता देने के मसले पर कांग्रेस ने फिर से सुप्रीम कोर्ट जाने की बात कही है.
