February 2017, During a recent trip to São Miguel island in the Portuguese archipelago of Azores I couldn't resist renting myself a bike and exploring the island a bit. Azores is of volcanic origin , São Miguel in particular as many craters, weather is very dynamic in such small island. This is the climb to the lagoon of fire in the center of the island.
