Smart's School-in-a-Bag goes to remote Bacoor, Cavite public school

Amid the quaint rural setting of MALIPAY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL in Bacoor, Cavite, Malipayans face challenges in their education. Because of its remote location, the school does not have electricity; rainy days and early sunsets limit the light available to better facilitate learning. Through the School-in-a-Bag sponsored by Smart Communications, Inc. and PLDT Employees Credit Cooperative (PECCI), Malipayans are now able to hurdle the obstacles that prevent them from reaching their full potential. With the additional 50 solar lamps donated by PECCI, the future of the students of Malipay Elementary School just became brighter.
