Caveman & Shawna Reed Rosario Interview on the Producergrind Podcast. We got to discuss Shawna's career managing Tammy Rivera (Love and Hip Hop Atlanta), and Caveman's career as president of Brick Squad Monopoly (BSM). We talked about Caveman's early career as a "road engineer" for artists like Freeway and then transitioning into being Waka Flocka's engineer and recording classics like "Oh lets do it" & "Hard in da paint" as well as classics from OJ da juiceman, Peewee Longway & more. Caveman Rosario gave us the story on how and why he chose to work with Waka over Nicki Minaj. He also gave some producer advice and told us about him discovering producers like Metro Boomin & Lex Luger. The power couple also discussed the new deal they were able to lock in for their artists with LA & Aaron Reid without having any music or buzz. We talked about the importance of building genuine relationships in the music business in 2018.
