Meet Matt Elsasser, winner of Go Epic with Thule, and hear his thoughts on his stunning DIY video, his life as a kite surfer, his plans and dreams, and his view of Thule Crew and Thule. Inspiring and passionate are words that sum this guy up pretty well. With his amazing DIY kite surfing video, Matt Elsasser (US) won the grand prize in the Go Epic with Thule competition. We were lucky to have a chance to chat with Matt at the ISPO 2014 winter sports trade show in Munich, Germany, as he visited the Thule booth. At ISPO 2014 Matt was awarded at the Go Epic with Thule ceremony where Thule Crew members Garrett McNamara and Flo Orley handed over the prize: to hang out with a Thule Crew member and make a video shoot. The Go Epic with Thule jury awarded Matt's video for its combination of creativity, fantastic footage and wonderful storytelling, where Matt shares his passion for his sport.
