The LPGA corridor is surging with new projects that are transforming the area into a new hub for the city. Since 2015, the area has seen the opening of a massive Trader Joe’s distribution center, Tanger Outlets mall, several new dealerships at Daytona International Auto Mall, a new CarMax dealership just south of the auto mall, a 264-unit luxury apartment community, a medical surgery center, an Intracoastal Bank branch, a Stonewood Grill restaurant, and just a couple of miles to the south the new headquarters for TopBuild Corp.
