A suspect has been taken into custody, in connection with the murder of prominent Cape Town lawyer Pete Mihalik.
The criminal defence lawyer was shot outside his children's school, in the seaside suburb of Greenpoint.
Mihalik has in the past represented key suspects in Cape Town’s underworld.
But police would not be drawn into whether his death might be connected to his work.
