Deputy Chairman of Yorkton Securities, Robert Fung, says all of us, at some point, have had a dream, and the the dream he wants to share with us is a $13 billion dollar dream to try and reconnect Toronto back to it's waterfront with the radical revitalization and transformation of the waterfront and the harbour lands. He relates his having a dream to being an immigrant to Canada. As an immigrant, he says, you really follow a dream, it's a dream of a new life, a dream of opportunities. Here, he poses four interesting questions. Can we afford not to dream? Can we afford the cost of unfulfilled dreams? Can ideas change a world if dreams are acted upon? And, Can we agree, here in Canada, that it is time for us to dream again?
