Rep. Roy Blunt (R-Mo.) tells Newsmax TV the dangers of the rule changes muscled through by Speaker Pelosi and the majority Democrats.  He explains how a century-old procedure called a motion to recommit has been all but eliminated, crippling any Republican efforts to affect Democrat legislation.  He also notes the problems that will result from the elimination of the six-year term limits for committee chairman.
