This is the set up of a Vintage V2 'telecaster' style guitar - great quality from the people at John Hornby Skewes in partnership with 'British Guitar Design Guru Trevor Wilkinson'. I didn't know about Trev Wilkinson before encountering Vintage guitars, but it's clear that his influence has done wonders. Part for part most Vintage guitars are higher quality than most Squier equivalents (certainly in the budget ranges). They also have plenty of nice little innovations on board too. And they play well and sound good.

Feedback from a nice person via eBay pointed out that in this video, I get confused and turn the truss rod the wrong way. He's right, I do. It's like a blind spot for me. When someone shouts "Turn RIGHT!!" I often turn left. These days I talk myself through it out loud because for some mental block, I can't remember which way to turn the bloody allen key!

So ignore what I say about clockwise or anti-clockwise on this video. I realised afterwards what I'd done and got the neck with the right relief after all :-)

The video shows full fret-levelling, re-profiling and polishing along with setting the action and intonation.
