RELEASE INFORMATION: Manga - Attack On Titan LP Neutronic Beats Cat No - NTB044 Release Date: Late October 2018 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Track Summary: 02 - Callide & Manga - 'Dark Eyes' Delayed anime samples and apprehensive choral chorus set the scene for this powerful jump-up bomb. There's a fantastic old skool feel with the ragga style 'exterminator' samples and decayed lead which combine with the sickest of tight, sparse breaks to create pure hedonism. It's clear that these two producers are having a total blast together and their infectious humour provides a window to a rarely seen studio talent. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Album Summary:: Back with a vengeance, delivering a Gift from the Gods, Manga baits the beast in this fresh, nine track LP. Inspired by the anime 'Attack on Titan', this intense, exhilarating, sophisticated and emotionally charged album encapsulates all the elements of its source. Where does the legend of the Titans evolve from? Surprisingly, it's NOT from the primordial beings of Greek mythology, stemming instead from Spain and the artist Francisco Goya, who used man-devouring giants as an allegory for the atrocities of war. Japan's Titans hold similar significance, serving as a gruesome palette on which to mix an exploration of battle and human injustice. Joining Manga's military corp for this audio ambush we're honored to present Cygnus Distribution director, DJ Callide, with his characteristic tight beats not forgetting Neutronic regular Dangerous. With releases on System Shock, Mofo Recordings and Kenny Ken's Mix N' Blen' imprint, to name just a few, Callide is a much respected and integral part of the scene but after announcing that he was no longer producing or DJ'ing, this unexpected collaboration provides added excitement to what is surely set to become autumn's seminal album. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LINKS & OTHER RELEASE INFORMATION: Distributed By 'Cygnus Music' - https://goo.gl/JBKy5d Mixed and Mastered by 'DJ Manga' - https://goo.gl/EcB1bE Press Release by 'Mel Smith' - https://goo.gl/9cKqMR Artist Links: Facebook 'Label Page' - https://goo.gl/u44Zct Facebook 'DJ Manga' - https://goo.gl/EcB1bE Facebook 'DJ Callide' - https://goo.gl/MMm87u Twitter 'Label' - @neutornicbeats Twitter - @manganeutronic SoundCloud - https://goo.gl/icxooG
