The "Mayhem challenges" are viewer submitted challenges. Anyone can suggest a challenge as long as they follow the rules you see below. If you want to submit a suggestion just write a comment on any of my mayhem challenge videos. RULES:
1) Mention the game in your comment (it could be any GTA game)
2) Mention the starting position (where do I start the challenge)
3) Number your steps (the challenge can have any number of steps)
4) Every step needs to be on a separate row.
5) Only suggest challenges on my mayhem challenge videos.
6) Don't ask me when I would do your challenge. the answer is always I don't know or I may never do it.
7) Make sure your challenge can actually be done, the majority of the ones I get are broken and I cannot use them.

This is a viewer submitted challenge for Grand Theft Auto Vice City. Challenge by "Mark Nguyen".
These are the # steps you have to take in order to complete it:
1) Drive to Apartment 3C
2) Get the chainsaw
3) Get a 2 star wanted level using the chainsaw
4) Steal the Enforcer at the Vice Point police station
5) Complete 1 vigilante mission, destroy the Enforcer
6) Drive to the North point Mall, steal the Infernus
7) Run over pedestrians to get a 4 star wanted level
8) Get out to the parking lot, steal a vehicle, jump off
9) Go to the VCN building, go to the Easter egg apartment
10) Shoot the Easter egg, steal the VCN helicopter
11) Fly to the beach, kill 5 people using the helicopter blades
12) Go to the Leaf Links Golf Course
13) Steal the police boat, destroy 3 other police boats
14) Go to the boatyard, destroy the 2 boats, kill 7 cops (pistol)
15) Remove the wanted level, save at the Ocean Beach hotel
