This is a Dramatic battle. These are just side story battles that appear once you unlock the required characters. The ones required for this are Zhou Cang and Tokitsugu.

This battle is a mock battle, so you're fighting your own forces this time around. Zhao Yun is the commander and he sends officers like Oka after you. You have objectives pertaining to both of the required characters so try to fulfill them. You don't have to worry about protecting allies much in this, so just go to town and show your stuff.
