This color, instructional film, The Supai Indian, was copyrighted in 1945 by Coronet Instructional Films. Coronet Films was a leading producer and distributor of many documentary films created for use in schools. This one is about the Havasupai people or Supai Indians of the Grand Canyon in Arizona. 

Intro (0:07-9:27). A man walks his horse in front of a beautiful waterfall headed for the Havasupai Indian camp (0:28-0:38). A man rides a horse, with a pack horse following him, through a river (0:39-1:08). Hualapai Hilltop trailhead in Cataract Canyon, Arizona, on the Colorado River (1:09-1:34). Rock formations called the Watchers that was a Supai god (1:35-1:43). The Supai valley in the Cataract Canyon (1:44-2:01). Men riding horses, with pack horses, down the Havasupai trail (2:02-2:26). Mooney falls (2:27-2:38). A Supai Indian rodeo (2:46-3:14). A Supai Indian man smiling into the camera (3:15-3:24). A Supai child (3:25-3:31). An elderly Supai lady (3:32-3:39). A young Supai woman paints her face with red Ochre or ruddle (3:40-3:47). Young boys swimming in the Havasu River (3:48-4:10). Lassoing a cactus (4:11-4:20). A young Supai boy rides on his father’s back while on a horse to learn how to become a horseman (4:21-4:41). The Supai, Arizona, Post Office (4:42-4:49). Two means of communication: Twice weekly mail and a shortwave radio (4:50-5:29). Government one room school house (5:30-6:22). The teacher leads the Supai children in song (6:23-6:53). Supai corn crop (6:54-7:24). Roasting corn in hot coals using a cooking basket (7:25-7:47). A woman going to gather a crop of peaches using a cone shaped basket on her back (7:48-8:18). She drys peaches in the sun on a tarp (8:19-8:43). Havasu Falls (8:45-8:56). The Havasupai valley (8:57-9:09).
