Not quite under a minute but ah well..  This is a rough sketch guide showing how to create the basic layout for the ancient irish celtic symbol 'Triquetra'.  Once you have the layout down you can then fine tune it and neaten it up e.t.c.. 

I firstly sketch out a circle then split it into quarters by drawing in a vertical and horizontal line across the center.  The trick is to split the circle into thirds!  You can do this by splitting the bottom two quarters into threes.  (I quickly show this in the video)   In order to pull this off I would suggest practicing circles freehand.
