Pembroke Park residents rescued from flooding

Bamboo Lakes mobile home park residents in Pembroke Park were evacuated as rain and water from nearby lakes continued to rise overnight and into the morning. Broward County Fire Rescue was on hand to assist any resident wanting to evacuate. Many residents were removed from their homes in john boats and were grateful to get to drier ground.
