HUDSON HEIGHTS, Manhattan - A man was shot 11:51 am  Monday within the confines of the 34 Precinct. He reportedly transported himself to a local hospital to seek treatment. A level 1 mobilization was transmitted and police set up the crime scene around two vehicles in front of 607 W 190 St. No shell casings were seen.
