A sparse crowd of supporters rallied for a sparse crowd of attendees at the 26th and final debate ; of the three major candidates for the Minnesota's governor's chair. Sponsored by MPR, it was staged at St.Paul's Fitzgerald Theater. The Emmer crowd arrived early and set up on the corner of exchange and Cedar. lots of lawn space for signs, but not much traffic. As the Dayton supporters dribbled in the focus of the rally moved west to Exchange and Wabasha, with much more traffic. Soon they spread out to all 4 corners of the intersection.There was the usual sign waving and some chanting, but by and large a much quieter event than previous rallies. No epithets exchanged, no blood spilled. The Emmer sound truck bell and horn provided most of the noise,The Horner Buffalo made a solitary entrance and was soon joined by his (or her) candidate.
