The witness to this event states "I just walked out to put something into the trashcan and seen this ball type UFO moving southeast over my home with a strange object flying around it." He also went on to say "I'm thinking there is some video artifacts going on, caused by be video stabilizer making it look like a smaller object flying around the main object. "BUT" Still don't know what the object is. The wind was not blowing enough to caused a balloon to move horrizontaly away." Gyroscopic motion is the tendency of a rotating object to maintain the orientation of its rotation. A rotating object possesses angular momentum and this momentum must be conserved. The object will resist any change in its axis of rotation, as a change in orientation will result in a change in angular momentum.
