Kettle fire!

I opened up a kettle and attached wires directly to the heating element. (This bypasses the auto turn off and any thermal fuses. then I turned it on with no water in it, so that it would catch fire. DO NOT DO THIS WITHOUT TAKING SAFETY PRECAUTIONS. This is like doing a firework display - You know the thing is going to catch fire, so it just a case of knowing what will happen and doing it safely.
