According to a government backed report, the proportion of female board members in the UK's top 100 companies has doubled in recent years. A quarter of all board members (within the top 100 UK companies) are female and none exist with a fully male board. Entrepreneur Emma Sinclair joins Matt in the studio to discuss the talk that this is alike to a revolution.
